    Question Child Support/Alimony

    I am military and have been married for 6yrs. My wife and I want a divorce. We only have one child age (5). My wife has worked off and on throughout our marriage not longer than a 8 month period though. Can she receive spouse support?

    More info is needed. But in a 6 year marriage, the starting presumption is against spousal support.
