a question on a non contested dissolution
I have no children & I have not been with my ex for 2 years, he no longer even lives in the same state. For the past 6 months me and my fiance have been living together and I just found out I am pregnant. I have been trying to fill out the forms for a non contested divorce but not Im not sure how to answer the question that asks "There are no common children from this marriage and wife is not pregnant."... Well there are no common children and this pregnancy is not common to he and I either. How is this legally answered?

what forms do I file now?
In regards to my situation I have looked over the forms I have (dissolution of marriage) and now realize I cannot use them. I have looked into other forms for a non contested divorce but none fit my situation, its either no children but with property or with children &/or the wife is pregnant with property, and with that form it goes into the children but does not address a pregnancy.
