    is child and support and alimonyicon taken from net or gross income inorlando florida?

    we have been married 24 years he left me 8 months ago am i ?we are still married entitled to half of a lawsuit he gets whilst we are still married ?x says no
    do i get half of taxes we recieved back a few months ago? my lawyer said yes
    do i get half of his house he moved into and paid with marital money when x told me no.. i signed a notice of release.

    how do i get copies of credit card payments i am still married but im not sure if i a if i am on the account ...

    alimonyicon is taken from gross income. The remaining net, after taxes, is used to calculate child supporticon.


    On the lawsuit - it depends on what kind of lawsuit, and what type of damages he receives.

    Taxes - yes

    House - why did you sign a release? That may affect your entitlement.

    here are my answers: the kind of lawsuit it was was baypay from th government..

    you also asked : why did i sign a releas from the house, my attorney said i should:

    is there anything i can do about my attorney if he said yes. and you said that that, would afect my entitelement i also asked how do i get copies of credit card statements ?
