I live in AR and I need help figuring out if I am paying to much child supportfor multiple kids in 2 different states.
I pay childsupport for 3 kids total. I have 2 kids in FL with an ex-wife and I have 1 kid in MO from an ex-girlfriend. I have remarried and recently had twins. Since I have 2 more kids to add to the child support formula I want to recalculate what percentage I need to give to each child. There are no child support calculators, that I could find online, that would allow me to calculate kids from different states.
Currently my gross pay is $63,500 a yr.
I pay $1050 a month to the 2 kids in FL (ex wife makes around 30K a year gross) judgemandated from divorce decree and marriage settlement
I pay $500 a month to the child in MO (ex girlfriend makes around 30K a year gross) just verbal agreement between ex girlfriend and myself.
Also one more question. If I want to go back to court to change my child support payment amounts, which state do I get a lawyer in and what court do I have to use?
