i havebeen married 24 years i may have to go to court
my x says i will get half of everything
liabilities
assets
half of all bills ?
is there any thing else i get half of ..?
half his pay check ?
is this true? if i have had only 2 jobs since ive been i usa , the past since 89 i havent worked ,will i still be responsible for half the bills, and will they take the money out that i owe on the bills out of my settlement , if so how am i suposed to live, i have no good job skills and have not been a well person..

i have a n attorney and have run out of money
and have still not got straight answers from him he says he cannot guarantee anything so where do i stand do i beleive my husband ?
