    Default Conflict of interest?

    Would it be a conflict of interest if during a divorce litigation there is a guardian ad litem referred by one of the parties and this GAL is a personal friend of one of the partie's attorney?

    Maybe. But keep in mind, there is a lot of familiarity between people in the business. That in itself does not create a conflict.
