But just because someone asks for something does not mean they will get it.
I was just served divorce papers by my husband who is in the service and stationed in Colorado. However due to issues me and the baby has been living with my family since she was born and he just comes and goes has he please. she was born here in hillsborough county. Is there a chance that the judgewill let him take her from me at the age of four? He said he has filed a "parenting
plan" at the same time he did the papers asking for four days out of the week even though he is in other state. he also told me that he want and extra a day out of the year so that his base pay doesnt change he wants to be able to keep all of the money he has now and he doesnt seem to care that i have had her all this time and she has only seen her father maybe 8 months out of four years. do u think that there is a chance in court that he will be granted this?
