Default Faith, Divorce and Child Custody

Whose faith is followed after divorce. For 9 years my children have been Presbyterian. They go to a church school, and church on Sunday. I have them 90% of the time. After the divore my ex got remarried and become Jehova WItness. My girls do not want to go to the two hour service on sunday with their father.... Do they need to go / can i oppose to this legally- is it worth the fight? THANKS.

There is no set rule. My feeling is that a judgeicon will not want to get involved in that decision. So my answer is: not worth the fight.
