    Default Father has no job.

What happens if the father does not work? How does the court figure out what he will pay for child supporticon? Does he have to get a job before the judgeicon desides how much child support he is responsible for?

Depends on the judgeicon and the reason that he not working. If all else fails, use minimum wage.
