Over nite stay's

My soon to be ex husband want's to Keep our daughter overnight, which is not a problem, I just want to make sure he has proper sleeping arrangements for her and saftey rails. Are there any guidelines that I can request
to ensure her safety. right now she takes her naps on the floor or on a futon since she had out grown her pack
and play.
