My ex is taking me to court to modify or try and terminate my permanent periodic alimony...Can I use his joint tax return(with his new wife) against him if he is saying that he only has his retirement check as income? He retired early so he wouldn't have to pay me my alimony..Nothing has changed in my income matters...Same as when the judge
