He could file from there. But it may not be such a great idea for him. It is difficult to attend hearings when deployed.
my husband is active duty army and is currently deployed to afghanistan. I dont know what is going on with him out of the blue he is wanting a divorce. It is not what i want at all.. I am just finding out if he can file while he is in a combat zone? Is there a waiting period? I just want to make sure he cant make a life changing decision in a combat zone when he is not thinking right. He never asked for a divorce while at home and never acted unhappy.. Like I said i am trying to make sure he cant make this decision over there.
