    Unhappy Beneficiary Designation Form - Spousal Consent

    My husband and I are not getting along and I asked him if he was divorcing me?
    He said no, yet has asked me to sign a Spousal Consent form on his Beneficiary Designation. I am reluctant to sign anything at this time.
