Inheritence
I am seperated from my husband for 3 months now. I have yet to file for divorce because I don't have the money and am not receiving child support
. So I am struggling. I just had an immediate family member pass away and I will be receiving a substantial amount of money. Does my soon to be ex have any right to this money?
