Unhappy How to stop support when the child moves in with the other parent?

We were never married so there is no custody, however my daughter is now 16 and has decided to move in with her father. There is a court order for him to pay support through the Department of Revenue child supporticon Enforcement. However we both agree on stopping the support and taking care of our daughter financially outside of the courts. Is there a form that we can both fill out and file through the courts?

If paternity was established under a family law case number (not the DOR case number) then you can file a Joint Stipulation as to Time Sharing and child supporticon and put your new agreement in there. You will have to file this with the court and have the judgeicon sign an Order Approving same.

If you only have the DOR child support case then you need to contact the DOR to have them stop child support from coming out of your ex's paychecks. You can ask them to review the case.
