If paternity was established under a family law case number (not the DOR case number) then you can file a Joint Stipulation as to Time Sharing and child supportand put your new agreement in there. You will have to file this with the court and have the judge
sign an Order Approving same.
If you only have the DOR child support case then you need to contact the DOR to have them stop child support from coming out of your ex's paychecks. You can ask them to review the case.
