Custody question

What is 50/50 custody. My soon to be ex he will accept nothing less than 50/50 custody of our 14 month old child. We are in Pinellas County. Right now I have told him he can come over any night of the week till her bed time and he has her every other weekend. He never comes over during the week but he does see her every other weekend.

That refers to each parent, having the child for half of the overnights. It could be three or four overnights per week, or some other combination.
