Hello, i am new on the forum and have a question. I believe there is a new law in 2010 regarding the amount paid by the non majority parent and the amount of days spent with the non majority parent. My question is this: If the majority parent remarried, but does not work, does the new husbands income count as income for the majority parent? Thank you in advance.
Mostly not.
