It is possible but difficult for self-represented parties. If an attorney prepares the agreement and a court order, most judges will sign the order by mail. I do not think most judges would do the same thing for a self represented party.
Thank you for offering this free service! My ex and I were divorced 2 years ago and recently his earnings more than doubled. We have agreed on a new (increased) child supportamount and just want the court to accept it with no hearing. Is that possible?
