If you file a motion of contempt, and an attorney calls and asks what we can do do settle the MOC. The ex owes me approximately 8000.00 in alimonythat he stopped paying on his own..My alimony is permanent periodic,so I have lifetime alimony until I die or remarry...Would this attempt of his attorney to settle this give me leverage to make my ex keep paying my alimony as the MSA says???Need an answer as soon as possible, hopefully before 5 am in the morning, I need to speak with his attorney tomorrow....Thanks so much.
