Everyone needs to follow the last order until the time the order has been change. In other words, he is not excused from paying while the case proceeds. You can file a Motion for Contempt and ask the judgeto enforce the last order.
My ex has filed to have alimonymodified.He stopped paying alimony. Can he stop paying alimony if he has only filed this paperwork? Does he have to keep paying me my alimony until the judge
