The agreement is enforceable. You need to file a Motion for Contempt under the same, old case number. Then you need a 30 minute hearing.
My ex has 50/50 custody of our children. He has had many women that are drug addicts and strippers as "friends". One in particular was living with him while my children were there. Then she got arrested....twice for possession of narcotics, oxy, opiates etc... We have been divorced three years and after several trips to court and depositions etc...my ex who is an MD in the pill mill world has used the legal abuse system to whittle himself down to nearly no child supportetc... I have no money to fight anymore so in a deposition I decided to give up on everything (stocks, retirement etc..) that is legally and rightfully mine, except the safety of my children. Our agreement was that he not have anyone in the house that has been arrested within the last two years. Now... He posted bail for this girl the first time and for the last two months she has been sitting in jail again. She just got out and my kids called me yesterday to tell me that she is now living there while they are there. Even though we did got in front of the judge
with this agreement, do I have any thing that I can do about this situation?
