Default Husband served online do it yourself papers

My husband handed me unprofessionally done separation agreement papers. In this, he wants me to place our house in my name and pay the mortgage (I can't afford to alone). He also wants kids on all weekends and holidays. I have a couple of questions. One, I have seriously concerns regarding his disciplinary methods with our children and his temper, so I am reluctant to let him be alone with the kids. Can I request a court order psychiatrist evaluation? Secondly, we have three children with childcare and aftercare bills in excess of $255 a week. I also carry the dental, vision, and health for everyone. We have two cars. Both in both are names. One is paid for and the other is $600 a month. My mortgage is $2300. If he leaves and I am left to cover all this, I am going to drown. I am seriously considering declaring bankruptcy and moving into a rental. He wants to walk away paying child supporticon of $1400 a month and that's it. My last question is in regards to credit cards. He had horrible credit when we married, so I put them in my name. I know not smart. However, one of the cards is used to prevent overdraft fees on a joint account. Can he be held liable for half of that debt?

And no I have not signed anything. Nor am I doing this without a lawyer. I have a few calls in, but no calls back yet.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Chapter 7 bankruptcy is an excellent way to insulate yourself from joint debt - after a divorce. If you qualify and decide to file, that will remove all concerns about debt.

Based on your stated concern, it is unlikely a court will grant a psych eval of him.
