    Default Adultery by husband

My husband admitted to the affair. He started this affair the end of March of this year and he is now very involved with his mistress, and spending lots of money with her. He is no longer living with me in our home. No children involved and we have lived together for 11 years and married for 8 years. What are my rights?

The affair is probably not going to significant affect things. But you really need a more complete review of your individual situation.
