    Default Updated child support

6 years ago our child supporticon was set but accomodated for 107 days of visitation with father. Since that date, every year he has chosen to spend only 63 days of visitation with his child (summers were cut from 6 weeks to 2 and months were cut from 6 days to 4 days). I am in the process of modifying the visitation and support to the days he has opted to take his child for the last 6 years. What are the odds that the judgeicon will hold up the Final Judgement if the father now agrees to take her for the 107 days originally given, or do I stand a chance of keeping the visitation habits for our child the same as it's been for the last 6 years?

This will depend on your judgeicon ultimately. You should use whatever exhibits you can to visually demonstrate to the court what he is actually using. I.e., a calendar color coded or the school calendar highlighted. Also, if you have ever put into writing your request for him to use his time sharing and he denied then you will want to introduce that as well. You do not want him to show that you withheld contact.
