In-person is always better. But if the judgeallows you to appear by phone, you will still probably get the job done.
Is it okay to have phone conference,for a motion of contempt case? Or would the judgerather you be in front of him? Would the judge be more apt to find in my favor if he saw me, I really want to win the case....I need to have my money that is owed paid asap....I really don't want to travel to the hearing,but I also don't want the judge think I don't care either...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THANKS
