    Default child support enforcement

I have full custody of my 13 year old son. My divorce finalized 9/14/2009, on the divorce paper estipulate that the mother needs to pay child supporticon, as of today she has not pay a penny for child support, medical bills or anything concerning our son. Even thoug she is not paying her child support, she is claimmin her SSN every other year on her incometax.
how can I implement the child support payment
is it ok for her to claim his ssn without paying child support?

You should file a Motion to Enforce/Contempt in your dissolution case number as to her failure to pay child supporticon. If you have a concern about her filing taxes or claiming the child when she is not paying you can contact the IRS. You can also contact the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement to go after her driver's license, certifications and/or passporticon for non-payment.
