    Angry College tuition

My husband put down in his financial affidavit college tuition expense for my stepson. He is 18. I thought that was not an expense being that he is 18. He is using that to show he has less money due to that I have been married 10 years and asking for alimonyicon. Please advice Can he use College tuition as an expense. We live in florida. Thank you

I think that one is strictly up to the judgeicon. What is an allowable expense is a moving target. But that one fact will not be the smoking gun on whether alimonyicon is granted.
