Time Sharing. Please advise

Hello, I'm separating from my boyfriend and we have a baby. I will like to know how much time is the common time the judge gives to the father to spend with the baby. I'm very concern because his father is saying he has the right to take the baby 3.5 days of the week to leave with him (half of the time). I can't imaging not having the baby sleeping with me. Please advise. I don't know my rights as a mother. Don't care about money/alimony, just want to have the baby at home at night, at least until the baby can talk. I'm totally find with him taking the baby during the day or visiting her at home, all the times he wants, but he wants more!!!!

There is no absolute standard. But that does not mean he automatically gets 3.5 days. You need to discuss this in private with an attorney.
