    Default Missing spouse

I have been separated for nealy 12 years with no contact with my wife during that time. We started divorce proceedings back at the beginning, but ran out of money and never finished. We have no assests togehter, no property, no children. We have both continued our lives without each other for this entire time. Is there any way I can divorce my wife without her involvement? I have read a little about one signature divorces and missing spouse divorces. Do eaither of those apply in this case. I am sure she is still in the Tampa area, but I just don't know where. I would like to finally put this behind me and get on with my life. Can you help?

You are required to do a basic search for her. If you cannot find her, there is a procedure by which you can move forward with the divorce.

Is that something that you can help me with? Do the years of separation without contact help in anyway if I should find her? Thanks for your response.
