I am in the process of a divorce, husband is holding it up by not turning in his financial statement. we have a hearing coming up on tuesday. The problem he showed up at my house last night he was to take our daughter out for dinner. he was to pick her up at 5:00 pm and bring he home at 8:00 pm. He arrived at 5:40 to pick her up and my father was baby sitting her while i was at work. because he was 40 minutes late I spoke with him when he arrived and told him he could not have her. At that time he threatened to have my father arrested for kidnapping. and called the police. I left work and arrived at the same time the police arrived. Is their nothing i can do to
get some kind of temorary custody? Today was his normal day for visitation and I dropped her off as normal. My big fear is that now he will retaliate and not give her back to me. Please help.
