    Default how to fight husband in court when he has al money i have none

    i have been married since march 14,2003 he left me on dec 12,2010 he refuses to pay anything of mine we own a buisness together he said he would pay the taxes at our buisness it in our name but he traded my car in and got me a hummer then 3 months later he took it from me left me with the company truck he drove withch is old and is about to break down now he wants me to sign papers saying that he will give me 150.00 a week for 1yr and 3 moths that is for car insurance cell phone and a thousand dollars that is it what should i do can u help me should i go to court i beleive im intitled to way more than this he has cheated on me through the yrs he pays for his brother to live he pays his bills he has moves a girl in our house with the house is his its in forcloser anyways he sold our harley we have a dirt bike a van property in tennessee too
