Husband is threatening with 'custody'

My husband is threatening to get 50/50 or sole custody of our 3 year old. I have been a SAHM for her entire life, and he claims to have 'documented' when I have
not allowed him to see our daughter. The fact of the matter is, he has only asked twice in the 5 months we've been separated and it was when he knew I
already had plans. We have been dating somewhat and doing family activities during the separation as well. We separated initially because of domestic violence. I
declined to press charges because he said he would get anger management. What are the odds of him getting 50/50 or sole? I don;t live anywhere near him, either.

It does not sound like there is a big chance of him getting what he wants.
