You can file a Motion to Set Aside the Final Judgment. If successful, you can try to get alimony.
My divorce was final on Sept 1, 2011 after my now ex-husband told the court he didn't know where I was or how to get in touch with me, which is a lie. He had my PO Box address and his cell-phone records will show we were in constant contact with each other. Due to him telling the court he didn't know where I was, I didn't received paperwork from the court and have just found out that there are alimonylaws in the state of Florida. Can I get an attorney to take him back to divorce court in order to receive alimony. We were married for 18 1/2 years when our divorce was final and for the past 16 years he has made more income then me and at the job I had when we were still together he made twice as much money as me and he still makes more then me which is about 3 times more then me at the time of divorce.
Is there anything I can do now???
