Default Can a divorce degree restrict grandparent rights to visit grandchild?

Our ex-daughter in-law states we cannot see our grandchild based on her divorce conditions. Even though our son has full custidy, how can she restrict our rights to see our own granddaughter? How can we challege this? We live in Arkansas and just were made aware of this restriction. What rights do we have?

Yes, that is possible. Did you ask your son for a copy? Unless restricted by the decree, your son can give you time with the grandchild.
