Post Out of State, Unwed Fathers, Rights for Visitation

Hi. I have a 2yr old son. The father lives in Ohio. I live in Florida. I have filed for child supporticon but it has not gone into effect yet. He has agreed to pay Child Support. But my question is, what visitation rights does he have to our son if he is in Ohio & we are here in Florida ??

It sounds like the child supporticon is being handled by Dept of Revenue child support enforcement. They will not address parentingicon time or rights.

Eventually, he will have long-distance parenting time, including in-person parenting time in his state of residence.
