    Default Son Needs Advice

Does my son have to let his estranged wife back into his house. She left with the children in the middle of the night, and has since given them back to him. She now wants to come back into the home, he does not want her to, she is not on the lease. They have not filed for divorce yet and do not have a parentingicon plan from the general magistrate. She is living in Indiana and he and the children are living in florida. Does he legally have to let her come into the home, or can he have a safe place to meet so she can see the children? Thank you. PS He is trying to find free help with the filing for divorce anyone know of a place in the St. Petersburg area.

She may have rights to reenter the home. But that does not mean he has to hand keys to her.
