    Default Divorce Case Length

    I have knowledge of a friend of mine's divorce case. In which, this case has been happening for 3 1/2 years. It's down to the lady needs to sign the papers to end it but she is not signing. She is just using time. Is there something that can be done so that she would have to sign to end the case?

    Something must be wrong. No signature is needed to end a case. I suggest a diagnostic visit to an attorney.
