    Default Income and Alimony

What determines your income when it comes to alimonyicon? I just entered a new career and now make ~3x my spouse's income, but I've been in the field less than a year. Will the courts look at my tax returns for income or will they look at recent pay stubs? My spouse and I have been married just over 7 years and I was a full-time student right up until last summer. He is asking me to pay alimony but what are the chances that he'll be awarded it?

I would say your current income is what counts. Sorry, not enough info here to make a determination on alimonyicon. Try our online alimony Calculatoricon and other tools.
