Default evidence sufficient to preclude liable and slander ?

Are phone bills listing hundreds of calls and texts over a period of >8 months, sufficient evidence of an affair to avoid being sued for slander and/or liable, if I were to communicate to the other persons, spouse, family, and friends that the other person is having an affair with my spouse ?

    I appreciate your time.

Also, are you able to practice in Orange count, FL ?

Yes, we have an office in Orlando - Attorney Cheri Hobbsicon. A defense for slander is evidence the statement is true. The evidence you have sounds like it may be enough but we would have to look at it.
