    Default Told to leave home.

    I have been asked by my husband to leave the home. Several times and I refuse to leave my child behind but he won't allow me to take him with me. What are my chances of getting him if I leave before divorce is filed.

    You definitely do not want to leave without your child. The pattern you establish will influence the whatever future pattern the court imposes.
