Most likely this is not something that can be changed unless you file for divorce. An injunction gives limited power to the judgeover finances. A divorce gives complete authority to settle financial issues.
Just had a injunction placed on me by my wife. She has the other vehicle that is in my name and court ordered to not go within 100ft from the vehicle. Vehicle is a marital property. She is not paying for the tag nor insurance on the vehicle. I offered to sign the title over to her before the injunction was filed and she said she couldn't afford the tag nor insurance. How can I proceed on getting her to pay for her vehicles tag and insurance?

Can the court give her the option to take the title and tag if I sign it over to her? If she refuses she loses use of the vehicle due to that it is still in my name? I was told if she breaks the law and the officer only gets the tag#, They come after me because it's in my name.
Most judges do not want to hear about those types of issues during an injunction hearing.
