Default Seperated with Injunction. Splitting Insurance Cost on Vehicles?

Just had a injunction placed on me by my wife. She has the other vehicle that is in my name and court ordered to not go within 100ft from the vehicle. Vehicle is a marital property. She is not paying for the tag nor insurance on the vehicle. I offered to sign the title over to her before the injunction was filed and she said she couldn't afford the tag nor insurance. How can I proceed on getting her to pay for her vehicles tag and insurance?

Most likely this is not something that can be changed unless you file for divorce. An injunction gives limited power to the judgeicon over finances. A divorce gives complete authority to settle financial issues.

Can the court give her the option to take the title and tag if I sign it over to her? If she refuses she loses use of the vehicle due to that it is still in my name? I was told if she breaks the law and the officer only gets the tag#, They come after me because it's in my name.

Most judges do not want to hear about those types of issues during an injunction hearing.
