alimony question

my husband and i have been seperated since 2006, we did get back together and then off again for a year in 2008. So all in all we have been married for 12years. I am wondering if i am eligible for rehabilitative alimony to go back to school and for my living expenses. We both work he makes only a few more dollars and hour. we have an 8 year old son. no assets together. am i entitled to this or anything else besides child support?

If you are that close in income and he will be paying child support then any type of alimony is unlikely.
