    Default Alimony

    My ex is 55 and retired from law enforcement..He is going to say he is having health problems...If he gets on disabilty social security will I still get my alimonyicon(permanent Periodic) from the SS.Will I be able to receive SS from being married to him if he is able to get on disability SS. Thanks

    Sorry but that is a question for a SS attorney.

    You may be able to get alimonyicon - depending on many other factors.
