Default Forgery or Fraud, can't get a real person in Tallahassee

My wife asked for a letter stating how much I was giving her per week for food stamps. She had wrote in a e-mail stating I should write, $240 every other week, but I pay her $240 a week. I typed the letter stating $240 each week and gave it to her dated and signed.

This was the during the first week of the seperation, before she filed an Injuction on me a month later. When I was served the injunction papers, I could not give her the support money due to no third party contact, so she filed a case with Department of Revenue for child supporticon. I got the paperwork for that and she stated on the affidavit that I was giving her $480 a month. That raised questions to if the letter she turned in to food stamp has been forged.

How do I get a certified copy of the letter she turned in? If the letter is not forged, is it fraud against her for the false info on the affidavit she gave the Department of Revenue ?

In the end, all that will matter is your income and her income. I do not think the letter will affect anything.
