    Default voluntary paternity

    My daughter's biological father abandoned us before she was born. My son's father asked if he could be her dad, but no father is listed on her birth certificate. He only pays child supporticon for our son. My son now lives with his dad (child support was stopped) and my daughter with me. If he sues me for child support, will the judgeicon consider our daughter since he requested to be her father knowing she wasn't his?

    That would only be considered if he adopted the girl. Otherwise he has no obligation for support.
