So my niece is staying with us since her mom isn't much in her life and doesn't have a stable home, we can't take her to the doctor or anything since we don't have custody of her and even though her mom isn't in her life she doesn't want to give us her paper work, she also rather go to clubs then to stay home with her daughter, she is always drinking and on drugs, she goes months without seeing my niece and hasn't bought her not one thing, so my mother is supporting the baby buying her food, clothes, diapers and etc, the baby's dad which is my brother is in mexico taking care of my grandparents, what can we do so my mother can get custody of my niece?

That needs to happen through Dependency Court. The key to that court is to call child protective services 800-96 abuse
