Which State Do I File In?

I have been married for 14 years..as of today. I want to file for divorce. He lives in Florida and we spent the majority of our marriage in Florida (from 2001-2009 I resided there as well with him). I left him in June of 2009 and we have been seperated ever since. I have resided in Delaware since then. In which state should I file? I would like to file for alimony and child support for our two children as well. I have been getting an agreed upon amount from my spouse since I left in 2009 for child support but it is less than the Calculator awards. I just want to make sure that I am not required to file in Florida since most of our marriage we resided there.
