My son turned 18 in October and is only a junior in HS, he was held back in 3rd grade. My divorce agreement states that child supportwill be paid directly to me until minor child attains the age of 18 or 19 years if the child is still in HS performing in good faith with a reasonable expectation of completing HS by age 19. The ex-husband has deemed this to mean he can stop paying because our son will not graduate until 7 months after he turns 19, can he be right? Child support is not garnished from his wages, he pays directly to me, so he just stopped paying..do I have any recourse?
