    Default Alimony Modification

    Hi,

    Would getting Section 8 housing be grounds for a alimonyicon modificationicon? Exes rent went from around 550 to 175 per month. I am currently paying 350 + 50 for alimony.

    Also, would my income (getting a raise) also be factored into any modification?

    Sounds like the two events would create a "wash."
