what my chances are to lose my baby?

the father of my baby wants 50/50 or even full custody of our almost 2 y.o. girl. i dont make enough money - would be the main reason i guess, i dont have any kind of records on me and never had, he wants me to agree on 50/50 (every other week), or he will take her away. i do everything around the house, cook, clean, laundry..... taking care of baby 99% of time, all what he does is paying bills, exept daycare. so what my chances are to lose her? or should i just agree with 50/50???

Just because he earns all of the money does not mean he should get 50/50. Look for a Legal Aid office in your area and put in an application for services.
